Terms and conditions

1. Bookings and payment

Expo Passes, Visitor Passes and hall seats are free and are confirmed immediately with an e-ticket. A request for a competition place, booth or sponsorship package reserves it for 24 hours. The reservation becomes a confirmed booking only when the organiser verifies the payment and issues an e-ticket. Unpaid reservations are released automatically after 24 hours. Prices are set and paid in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; amounts shown in other currencies are approximate.

2. Competitions

Competitors must be 18 or older (16 for the student category with a valid student ID), present a valid CNIC or passport at check-in and arrive 30 minutes before their time slot. Missed slots are forfeited without refund. Outside assistance, use of personal phones at the station, swapping of materials or unsafe handling results in disqualification.

3. Passes and seats

Passes are free, valid on both days of the expo and admit one person. Each QR code is scanned once at entry per day. Hall seats are free, allocated to the named person only and limited to one seat per person per day; unclaimed seats are released 15 minutes after a session starts. Children under 12 enter free when accompanied by an adult with a valid pass.

4. Exhibitors

A booth booking is confirmed on receipt of full payment. Exhibitors must follow the venue's setup, electrical and safety rules, keep their booth staffed during opening hours and remove all materials by the dismantling deadline. Sub-letting a booth is not allowed. Sponsorship packages are governed by a separate signed agreement.

5. Changes and cancellations

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Time slot changes are possible subject to availability if requested at least 24 hours before the event. If the event is postponed, bookings transfer to the new date. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, payments are refunded in full within 30 days.

6. Conduct and safety

The organiser may refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive. Photography and video recording take place throughout the event; by attending you agree that your image may be used in event coverage.

7. Liability

The organiser is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property, or for injury resulting from a participant's own actions. Participants are responsible for the tools they bring. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
