1. What we collect
The name, email address, WhatsApp number, city and, where needed, company name and CNIC number you enter on a booking form, plus the payment screenshot you upload for a paid request.
2. Why we collect it
To issue your e-ticket, verify payments, contact you about your booking and admit you at the gate. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
3. Who sees it
The organiser's team, the venue's gate staff on event days, and the email service that delivers your e-ticket. Payment screenshots are stored privately and are never shown publicly.
4. How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for 12 months after the event for ranking, refunds and audit, then deleted. You can ask for your details to be removed earlier by emailing us.
5. Cookies
The website uses one cookie to remember your currency choice and session cookies needed for forms. Analytics, if enabled, is anonymised.
