Booking and payment
Only competition entries, booths and sponsorship packages. Expo and Visitor passes and hall seats are free.
24 hours from submitting your request. The exact deadline is shown on the request page and in the email. Unpaid requests are released automatically.
On the form, on the Upload payment proof page, or on WhatsApp with your reference number.
Usually within a few working hours, always within one working day.
Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. If the organiser cancels the event, payments are refunded in full within 30 days.
Check spam, then message us with your name and WhatsApp number and we will resend it.
Competitions
Yes, one registration per competition, as long as the slots do not overlap.
The slot is forfeited without refund. Changes are possible up to 24 hours before, subject to availability.
Stations are fully equipped. You may bring your own hand tools if you prefer.
At the awards ceremony on day two, and on the website the same evening.
Yes. The Student Innovation Pitch is for students and first-year professionals with ID.
Passes and seats
The Expo Pass is for business visitors and asks for your company name. The Visitor Pass is for everyone else. Both are free and give the same entry.
Both days of the expo: Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December 2026, 10:00–19:00. The QR code is scanned once each day.
Instantly, by email, as soon as you register. You can also download it as a PDF or find it again with your email address.
Yes. Pick a seat for either day on the Seats page. One seat per person per day; unclaimed seats are released 15 minutes after a session starts.
No. The competition e-ticket covers entry on both days.
Under 12 enter free with an adult who has a pass.
Exhibitors and sponsors
Shell scheme, carpet, fascia name, power socket, two spotlights, a counter, two chairs and a listing on the exhibitors page.
From 09:00 on 13 March. Custom builds may start on 12 March by arrangement.
Yes. Book each on the floor plan, or talk to sales for a combined space.
Each package includes a booth and branding. Request a proposal and we will send the full deck and agreement.
